Colin Barratt-Events Director
Double world champion, Colin is our UK & European Events Director. Colin, whose success is built not only on exceptional talent but also on a meticulous approach to every detail of preparation. From strategic event planning to precision boat setup, Colin leaves nothing to chance. His ability to combine elite-level skill with methodical organisation sets him apart both on and off the water. Whether advising a crew or fine-tuning a boat for race day, Colin brings championship-level insight and professionalism to every aspect of rowing

Hugo Oglina
Originally from London, Hugo Oglina is our UK Sales & Service Manager + Test pilot and easily our busiest team member. A top athlete in the Thames Rowing Club squad, Hugo is still chasing that coveted Henley win. Off the water, he brings his passion for the sport to coaching roles at several rowing clubs across London, combining deep rowing knowledge with outstanding customer service.
